Do you have a courtesy vehicle?
We're afraid not. However, we do offer a collection and drop off service within the Swadlincote, Burton on Trent and Ashby-de-la-Zouch areas of Derbyshire.
What is the difference between a gold and platinum service?
We follow the industry standard service schedule check sheet for both gold and platinum services. On platinum services we will use a clean and protect motor flush system which helps lubricate and preserve your engine. We will also put your vehicle on our gas analyser to ensure the engine is running efficiently.
We will always quote for both services and leave the customer to decide what they would like. We certainly don't push sales.
How can you complete the work so cheaply?
Quiet simply, we don't have the over heads that Peugeot, Renault, Citroen and other main agents do! Also, our office staff speak with a number of motor factors to ensure quality OE parts are purchased meaning the cheaper we buy parts for, the more discount we can offer to our customers.
We also commit to agreeing a price before starting work and ensuring the customer is aware of the cost involved to ensure there are no nasty surprises when it's time to collect the car.
Are there any services you don't offer at the moment?
The only jobs which we send away to 3rd party companies are key programming, ECU and ESP (on Renault vehicles) repairs.
Do you do MOT's?
We don't do MOT's on site, but we can arrange to take vehicles for MOT's at a trusted test station near by. The service we offer allows means customers can carry on as normal as we can wait with the vehicle whilst it's being checked.
